Asma and Allergy Myths
Barely 20 years had doctors thought that allergies and asthma were caused by anxiety, hysteria or by a “weak constitution”. Today we know that are the result of a complex biochemical confluence of the immune system, the environment and genes.
Myth 1:
Some breeds of dog’s short hair, as the Chihuahua, are better for people with asthma or allergies.
The reality: The protein in saliva, dandruff and urine from the mascot is the cause of allergies in some individuals, not the hair. NO RACE is better than another.
Myth 2:
The asthma can be cured.
The reality: There is no cure for asthma; however, with a diagnosis and appropriate treatment, the people who suffer from asthma can lead a normal life and active. Read the rest of this entry »
Musical During Pregnancy
During the pregnancy women suffer various types of complications. Many times it is not easy deal with the changes that occur during this stage, and although it is often falls on the stress what good is kept in peace and relaxed, because the complications can also be suffered by the baby.
Meditation, Yoga or other strategies of relaxation are very positive for pregnant women maintain their stress levels in degrees minimal. However, an element that is within reach of all, and that does not demand any type of physical effort also exerts a remarkable relaxing action for pregnant women: the music.

Muscle: The Important Body Part In Our Life
They are the engine that makes change of position and we have force
The bones are the mainstay of the body, but if only we were skulls we could not move, the bones by themselves do not have movement, need something that the stretch, collapse and double and that, do the muscles.
The muscles are actually responsible of the movement, are the engine that makes change of position and we have force.
The order of the movement comes directly from the brain and transmitting through nerve pathways that leave the spinal cord and come to each muscle fiber that has the characteristic of power contract and stretch.
The human body has more than 650 muscles of different kinds and forms. Almost all of them work in pairs, while one stretches the other shrinks.
