Obsessed on counting the calories.
It is true that there are those who live obsessed/as counting How many calories has this or that food, if this is included in the list of food consumable or in the black list of the forbidden foods. Such levels of psychosis and hysteria are negative, and a person centered and concerned about their weight and health knows that this is mere nonsense.
I think that at the time to lose weight the important thing is the whole. Sometimes, slips do nothing, and probably not affect your caloric consumption total. Therefore, count with a tool that allows you to know what you have consumed will allow you to know what you can consume.
